Meet Bridgette
Elevate Insights was founded by Bridgette Welsh, an experienced data analyst with a passion for helping businesses better understand their data and make data-led decisions
With more than 15 years' experience working with business data, Bridgette combines strong analytical skills with a practical understanding of how businesses operate. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), giving her a unique blend of commercial insight and an understanding of how people make decisions.
Bridgette works closely with business owners and management teams to understand their goals, identify the information that matters most, and develop reporting that supports better decision-making.
She has worked with organisations across a wide range of industries, including wholesale and distribution, manufacturing, professional services, legal, retail, healthcare, construction, nurseries and not-for-profit organisations, designing dashboards that provide meaningful insights regardless of industry.
